Agreement to these terms

By using ez-pz.me or contacting us through it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What ez-pz does

ez-pz designs and hosts digital menu websites for restaurants and cafés, each on its own ez-pz.me subdomain, reachable by a QR code.

Getting started

Submitting the contact form is an inquiry, not an order. Pricing, timeline, and scope for your menu site are agreed separately, in writing, before any work begins.

Your content

You keep ownership of the menu content, photos, and branding you send us. By sending it, you give ez-pz permission to publish it on your menu site.

You're responsible for making sure your content is accurate, including prices, ingredients, and allergen information. We build the site from what you provide.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to submit false information, attempt to access other restaurants' sites or data, or interfere with how the site runs.

No warranty

This site and the menu sites we build are provided "as is." We work to keep them fast and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that the site will be error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, ez-pz isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or a menu site we host for you.

Intellectual property

The ez-pz name, logo, and site design belong to ez-pz. Your menu content and branding remain yours.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Montenegro.
